Stripes of lamb,
Red onion sliced,
Natural Greek yoghurt.
Salt & pepper
Lamb Salad & Yoghurt Wraps
Marinate lamb in olive oil & lemon juice and paprika cover & refrigerate for 20 mins, cook lamb in grill pan until brown. Add salt & pepper.
Place on top of wrap, lettuce, tomato, onion then the cooked lamb, and dollop a few spoons of natural Greek yoghurt.
